The honey we source comes from naturally occurring wild bee colonies. Traditional and responsible harvesting practices are followed with care for the bees and their surrounding environment.
Once collected, the honey is carefully handled and prepared for packaging. Each batch can have its own natural colour, aroma, flavour, and texture.
